About Pacific Vet Group

Pacific Vet Group is a singularly unique organization that develops, manufactures, and markets products for the poultry and livestock industries. PVG was founded in 1997 to distribute animal health products in six Asian countries. The partners in PVG shared a belief that strong locally run organizations were best suited to serve the feedmills, livestock and poultry producers, and veterinarians that are the backbone of Asian agriculture. This belief was borne out, as the group prospered and developed into the largest privately held animal health product distribution group serving the Asian region.

In 2008, the PVG partners decided to acquire the assets of a small Arkansas based company, Sigrah-Zellet, LLC. Sigrah Zellet had been formed by poultry scientists from the University of Arkansas. PVG and the Sigrah Zellet founders felt that joining forces would provide a strong engine for growth. Pacific Vet Group-USA was formed to serve as a source of innovative, research based new products for the entire Pacific Vet Group organization, and to establish a commercial presence in the large United States animal health market.

Pacific Vet Group now serves customers in Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, Mexico, and the United States through locally owned and managed organizations managed and staffed in accordance with the needs of local markets. The group enjoys a growing portfolio of innovative proprietary products, and it continues to distribute and represent manufacturers of animal health products seeking dedicated and efficient access to important markets.
